Shapes and styles
Plantation Shutters give you so much flexibility on how they are used in windows.
Our shutters come in a range of styles, some of our interior shutters can also be made in special and bespoke shapes. You can see examples of many of different styles on our Gallery page

Full height Shutters for Windows
These shutters are the full height of the window, and can feature a mid rail if preferred. Also if shutters are over a certain height the midrail gives added stability.
Tier on Tier Shutters for Windows
This style is when the top section of the shutters opens separately from the bottom.
Café style Shutters for Windows
These shutters normally cover the lower half of a window.
Special Shaped Shutters for Windows
These can be arched, fans, circular or triangular. These shutters can only be made from our hardwood shutter ranges.

French doors
If you wish your shutters to be fixed to your French doors, then we can design shutters with a ‘cut-out’ to enable the handle to be operated with ease whilst your shutters are in situ.
Plantation shutters with tracking
Where a window or patio door is especially wide, tracking can be used to create a smooth and stable opening.
Tracking (for widths greater than 220cm)
Plantation Shutters are an ideal way to control light and privacy. Often used to dress windows without curtains they create a stunning impression with a filtered light that brings a new ambience to any room.
